It is determined to be inappropriate by the Company that the Client continues to use the Service or to be registered as a Client.
We may:
Suspend your account;
Cancel your account; and/or
Edit your account details
At any time at our sole discretion without notice or explanation
The published standard report shall be delivered within 24 – 48 hours after the receipt of the payment.
The customization in the report is subject to clients' requirements and the time is taken for the delivery of the report is subject to the scope of customization and time required for the same.
The products and services of the Company are based on industry standards and clients' requirements. The products are based on secondary research as well as primary research and are subject to the availability of information and data sources. Considering the nature of the products, the Company does not grant any returns once the products and services are dispatched.
In case of missing or mismatching or incomplete data, the Company shall provide free customization to match the client's requirements. In addition, the client will be given 1-hour of free time from the analysts if required.
